G.O.Ms.No.186. Health Medical and Family Welfare Department – Aarogyasri Health Care Trust – Implementation of ‘Employees Health Care Fund Scheme’, EHF – Operational Guidelines – Orders – Issued.
The Health cards are been supplied by the andhra pradesh state government by Rajiv Aarogya Sri Trust . The Detailed information is available on the official website : www.ehf.gov.in. The Application forms for the Health Cards will be issued to Employees and Pensioners by the state government . AP State Govt has started Rajiv Aarogyasri Health Scheme for 8 lakh AP Government Employees and for 6 lakh Pensioners in the State. This scheme will be implemented from November first on the formation of AP State (1/11/2012), To implement this scheme, the State Government has set up Aarogyasri Health Care Trust EHF under the Chief Minister and launched a new portal service for Employees and Pensioners all over the state. These Multipurpose Health Cards are useful in future for cashless payment in Hospitals.Employees and Pensioners must have Aadhar Card No. to log into this website. They need a Health Card to utilize the scheme. In order to obtain the health card, they have to enrol for the scheme by submitting an e-form through www.ehf.gov.in and have to follow the instructions there. They will receive a health card thereafter. The card enables the beneficiary to avail the scheme benefits from the list of Empanelled Hospitals, spread across the Andhra Pradesh State.
