The Indian Government placed three names , and the Supreme Court on Tuesday told the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led government it must hand over to the court all the information it has on accounts held by Indians in foreign banks .
Today on 29/11/2014, the govt has hand overed a list of 627 names of black money holders, and SC Has ordered a SIT to give the Status at the end of November. The List is Handover to the Apex court and these list contains the names, Account Details, and Amount in An Account. The list was kept secret.
This LIST will not be given to piblic, only the SIT will handover them . The status has to be given in the Sealed Envelope. The SIT will share the list with CBI and ED. The Last date for Assesments of Amount in Accounts by March 31, 2015.
